Questions

What kinds of events can we discuss?

DJ nights, anime and fan events, live bands, and community-led programs. For corporate meetings and other technical production projects, our event consulting page explains the planning and execution services.

Where would the event take place?

25 Hour Studio works with Midnight (00:00) at 21-38 44th Rd, Long Island City, New York. The Studio develops programming and provides production and marketing support under its own brand. The venue, date and room setup are confirmed for each project.

How many guests can attend?

Attendance depends on the room layout, stage, production footprint and event format. Share your expected attendance so the venue can confirm a suitable setup and permitted capacity. This planner does not confirm capacity or availability.

What is included in these examples?

The starting scope is venue and production planning, plus discussion of audio, lighting and visual support for your event. Co-branding, promotion and production support are available to discuss under every structure. Exact equipment, staffing, hours, deliverables and any additional fees must be agreed in the written proposal.

How is the ticket payout estimated?

Enter the ticket revenue available to share after any agreed refunds, taxes or ticketing deductions. Your ticket payout is that amount multiplied by your selected share. We then subtract the example upfront fee to show the amount left before your other event expenses. It is an estimate, not a profit guarantee.

Does my budget change the fee?

No. Your maximum upfront budget is the most you are willing to pay. Each example has a fixed fee. Raising your budget does not change that fee, and entering a budget does not authorize a charge.

Is bar revenue included?

No. These examples cover ticket revenue only. A bar reward may be discussed as a separate, negotiated add-on; it is not included or guaranteed.

Are these final prices or a confirmed booking?

The no-upfront starting offer is a 10% ticket share. Final fees, ticket shares and production scope can be adjusted for each event and are confirmed in a proposal. Reviewing or preparing an inquiry does not reserve a date, make a payment or send a message.
